on mar. 15, 2017, liaoning deputy provincial governor liu qiang went to dsic for an investigation, followed by deputy provincial secretary general lin xiaogang, provincial ministry of industry and information technology director tan chengxu, and dalian municipal executive deputy mayor yuan keli, where dsic leaders yu fengping, xiao shi and an yumin accompanied them during their investigation. liu qiang and his party made a field investigation for construction status of dsic’s relevant products, getting to know building period and milestones in detail, and communicating and discussing with dsic leaders. he pointed out, dsic should seriously study the spirit of general secretary xi jinping speech for liaoning delegation during npc and cppcc so as to grasp new idea, new view and new theory while understanding thoroughly and implementing positively. he stressed, focusing on pushing the supply-side structural reform, the key point is to do well in various promotion and deepening work for military-civil integration so as to form an industrial layout with sustainable competency and support force; strengthen military-civil blending with science and technology, and accelerate in fostering a team of scientific and technical talents with strong innovative spirit and innovative ability within the enterprise; combining with practice of the enterprise, refine specific measures for military-civil integration, and keep abreast of civil products and military products with mutual promotion and blending so as to build up a new developing pattern of military-civil structural integration and make a new contribution to rejuvenation of liaoning old industrial base.
yu fengping expressed his thanks for long-term support and help to dsic and its affiliated enterprises given by liaoning government. he said, since international economy remains depressed in recent years, competition has become increasingly fierce in the shipbuilding market. in face of severe situation, taking the goal to build up a leading innovative enterprise with military-civil integration, leading technology and industrial-finance blending, dsic has fully implemented the guiding spirit of the party central committee and liaoning government in accordance with strategic layout of five in one and four comprehensives so as to keep adjusting industrial structure and promote industry transformation and upgrading. however, current development of five major industries under dsic has confronted with plenty of difficulties, among which, there are some developing bottleneck in relevant industries influenced by the downturn of shipbuilding market. he wished the provincial government could furnish more support so as to assist dsic in its sustainable and stable development.
