the no.73 vlcc is the ship type with the outstanding features of energy-saving, environment-friendly and sediment prevention, designed specially for cosco shipping. the first vlcc of this type has a short construction period in docking and on water, and possesses a good integrity after launching, which makes a good foundation for next works.
the no.67 vlcc is the third ship built for lanqiao group, which has accepted the first two ships from dsic. the ship has a high efficient construction with floating-out-dock of ship half blocks 14 days before the schedule, 89-day blocks erection in dock and sea trial 10 days before the schedule.
