on march 27, 2020, dsic, a wholly-owned subsidiariy, held the 2020 annual quality work conference, also the work conference on solving the quality problem of "reducing the stock and controlling the increasing". it stated that we should thoroughly implement xi jinping's socialist ideology with chinese characteristics and the important discussion on quality work, and we should implement the strategic plan of the cpc and the state council for the implementation of a country strong on quality and the spirit of the 2020 quality work conference of cssc. it also summarizes and analyzes all the quality work in 2019, studies and deploys the key work arrangement in 2020.
yang zhizhong stressed that we should strengthen the foundation, carry out the detailed management and pay attention to the implementation to create a quality leading enterprise. combined with the spirit of the annual quality work conference of cssc, yang zhizhong stressed five requirements. first, we should implement the requirements of refined quality management for naval ships, and comprehensively improve the level of refined management. second, we should implement the work plan of "reducing the stock and controlling the increasing" for quality problems, and strengthen the implementation of the quality responsibility system. third, we should fulfill the primary responsibility of maintaining and strengthening the army, and constantly improve the quality of military construction. fourth, take the opportunity of new projects to comprehensively improve the quality management level of civilian products. in terms of civilian products, the number of launching and delivery products will increase substantially in 2020. there are 24 products planned to launch, which is an increase of 41.2% over 2019. it is planned to deliver 30 products, which is twice more than the number in 2019. fifthly, we should implement the overall responsibility and strengthen the quality control of outsourcing and outsourced products.

at the meeting, yang zhizhong signed a letter of responsibility for quality work with representatives of four companies. participants watched the education video of quality case. there are lots of people attended the meeting, including members of the leading group, assistant leaders of the chief engineer, middle-level deputy and above personnel of all affiliated units of dsic, project manager of military and civilian products, person in charge of quality management and so on. dsic shgsic and bshic also attended the meeting through video at the branch venue.
