on july 15, no. 2 85,000dwt bulk carrier, built by shanhaiguan shipbuilding heavy industry corporation (ssic) of dsic, was successfully delivered for avic international leasing corporation.
the ship is 222.96 meters long, 36 meters wide and 20.35 meters deep, with design draft of 11.5 meters and service speed of 14.1 knots. the speed, deadweight, fuel consumption and other indicators of the ship are very good. the measured energy efficiency design index has reached eediⅱ. the excellent energy saving and environmental protection performance of the ship has been praised by the ship owner.
during the construction of the ship, through careful planning, elaborately organization and active communication with the ship owner, ssic has overcome the adverse impact of the epidemic on construction period, and successfully completed the trial and delivery node according to the plan. |
