on may 10, mr. dong qiang, a member of cppcc national committee and committee for handling proposals and mr. liu zheng, a representative of npc came to dsic to develop special research focusing on enterprise development prospect, digital manufacturing and transformation, green product and green manufacturing, and planning measures on reaching carbon peak and achieving carbon neutral. mr. yang zhizhong, mr. yin xuelin, mr. deng changlian and mr. zheng wei, who are leaders from dsic, went with them for research.
mr. dong qiang and mr. liu zheng visited dsic design institute, steel assembly center, dockyard and digital workshop production site and listened to work report from relevant departments.
mr. dong qiang and mr. liu zheng showed their full recognition to the achievements dsic has obtained and gave their opinions and suggestions to dsic’s future development. the target of “double carbon” is the state’s solemn promise to the whole world and various tasks on reaching carbon peak and achieving carbon neutral are also mentioned in the government work report. how to realize the target of “double carbon” in shipbuilding industry, mainly depends on ship products and manufacturing flow. dsic shall understand overall effect of “double carbon” tasks deeply, explore detailed ways and methods to realize the shipbuilding enterprise’s target of “double carbon”, focus on building ships with no carbon emitted further and promote the region and the industry to realize low carbon transformation better. in the field of digital manufacturing, there is still a difference between chinese shipbuilding industry and the one in japan and south korea. to improve the enterprise’s core competitiveness, dsic shall enhance the sense of urgency and the sense of crisis further from the altitude of national development strategy, boost digital design, digital technology and digital processing comprehensively and realize production factor data based on new technologies such as 5g, cloud computing, iot, big data and so on, promote shipbuilding enterprise’s development quality reform, efficiency reform and power reform, enhance dsic’s competitive advantages and realize high quality development. |
