liu also pointed out, the establishment of aircraft carrier interim party committee is to guarantee quality, safety and progress, to develop party construction at the first production line by innovation, to build up party construction with military industrial characteristics, to turn the advantages of state-run enterprise party construction into power of project progress, and to forge key project into the first class military product. taking the opportunity of “learning from zhang jin”, the training is aimed to conduct solid party construction in combination with the practice of aircraft carrier project, so as to provide powerful support for project construction under the condition of political advantages of party organization.
liu stressed, during construction of the aircraft carrier project, the interim party committee should play a leading role in gathering hearts and strength, converge consensus from all sides, firmly establish “four consciousness”, maintain a high degree of unity in politics and actions with the cpc headed by comrade xi jinping, enforce orders and prohibitions strictly, boost charisma, influence and appeal of party organizations, inspire fighting will of party members, and strengthen the senses of responsibility and mission. the interim party committee should define orientation and responsibility, play its roles in leading core and political core, and play battle fortress role of party branches and exemplary vanguard role of party members. tightly focusing on task features and milestones of the aircraft carrier project, set up party organizations on the site and project so as to carry forward ideological and political work and party construction with their own features and give full play to organizational function, advantages and power of the party, inspire initiative and creativity of party members on the whole line of the project so as to ensure 3-phase tasks of mooring and commissioning, sea trial and completion for delivery to finish smoothly. give full play to the aircraft carrier spirit of “compatriotism, innovation, science, struggle and collaboration” to turn the project into a model project of party member. configure the excellent party members and the strongest fighting units into the first lines of r&d, production and commissioning so as to enable the staff skillful in technology, competent in politics and reliable in ideology to participate in construction of the aircraft carrier, all of whom work together so as to fully complete various tasks of the aircraft carrier.

the trainees have paid visit to the museum of zhang jin’s advanced deeds, military product exhibition hall of qianwei group, and smart flow production line of qianwei group workshops one after another, listening to the advanced deeds of warship tough man comrade zhang jin intensively explained by site guide. the trainees expressed their ideas to learn from the advanced with comrade zhang jin as an example, strive to be the advanced, learn and inherit his noble character of professional dedication and being honest in performing his duties with practical activities, and his good style of being bold for innovation and daring to play so as to ensure the task of the aircraft carrier project construction to complete smoothly.
