on feb.17, the national military units hidden danger inspection teams no.1 team leader and ministry of public security no.3 bureau deputy commissioner ma weiya led the inspection team to conduct security checks in dsic, accompanied by liaoning provincial office of science and technology for national defense inspector meng jimin, provincial public security department deputy director xian jinkui, csic general office deputy director chu jian as well as dsic leaders yu fengping, xiao shi, an yumin and din yi.
at the first meeting, the inspection team listened to the brief introduction of gm yu fengping to dsic’s development history and industry scale while dgm an yumin making a special report on the security to the inspection team from 8 aspects of organization perfection, regulation establishment, experience reference and intimate collaboration of army, police and people, etc. and then, the inspection team went to dsic’s key production lines for site inspection. on the scene, mr. ma and his party detailed their understanding on implementation of enterprise safety, inquiring the building period and production efficiency for relevant products, checking safety precautions for construction sites in the no.1 and 2 factories, and holding friendly exchanges with related project leaders and security personnel so as to further know establishment of security prevention and control system and implementation of hidden danger identification for military industrial security. at the in-factory armed police base, they viewed the security drill in response to contingency and anti-terrorist events conducted by the armed police in situ and listened to the work report on guard posts around construction sites and outfit of safety facilities for relevant products.
at the last meeting, the inspection team members fed existing problems and corrective proposals within their inspections back to dsic separately. ma fully affirmed dsic’s efforts made in security of military products, who thought dsic has done lots of fruitful work in security. meanwhile, he spoke highly of intimate collaboration between the enterprise and armed police officers so as to safeguard safe production of relevant products.
ma stressed, dsic should take the opportunity of this hidden danger inspection to perfect laws and regulations, implement existing rules and regulations, and regulations for peace order and safeguard inside enterprise strictly, so as to form a consultant force in raising management level on security of military products in a concerted way under limited conditions of human, physical and financial resources. ideological understanding should be further raised up to figure out security situations domestic and abroad; hidden hazards troubleshooting should be enhanced so as to persist in immediate check and instant correction and promote rectification on a regular basis; mechanism construction should be further perfected so as to deepen collaboration to ensure safe production of relevant products between the enterprise and the public security ministry plus state administration of science, technology and industry for national defense; innovative approaches and methods should be further explored so as to constantly improve security capacity and efficiency of military products.
yu fengping extended his thanks toward good advice put forward by the inspection team on behalf of dsic. he expressed, the issues and suggestions raised by all experts will be of great help for dsic to further escalate security. dsic shall implement strict rectification upon their requirement, detail responsibilities level by level, devote great efforts in strengthening supervision and control so as to ensure production schedule of key products under steady progress.
